Delivery, Returns & Cancellations

We aim to despatch your order within 14 working days. This is not guaranteed- however if production times are extended, we will contact you as soon as we can. Bespoke orders may take longer- this will be discussed during your consolation. If you urgently need an item get in touch - and we can attempt to make arrangements.


WHOLE WORLD Deliveries*

All of our items are send through ROYAL MAIL/ PARCELFORCE and will be tracked/ signed for. All shipping prices are charged on a case by case basis. To request a courier service please get in touch. 

*BREXIT- Please note that our workshop is based in Northern Ireland. Due to the Northern Ireland protocol our European Customers should not have to pay any customs fees on receipt of your order. If you have been charged get in touch as soon as possible. UK/ROW service is as normal

Local Pick-up

We are pleased to offer a pick - up service from our workshop in Killinchy, Co. Down. This is by appointment only- please get in touch to avail of this service. 


If you are returning an item- please do get in touch as soon as possible to arrange. You must notify me within 14 days of receipt. You must include your contact details, invoice/order number and the item is in its original unused state and packaging. Please note I do no offer a free returns service. Please inform me of tracking details/ proof of postage when sent.

Please note we do not accept returns, refunds of cancellations on bespoke orders (unless they are found to be faulty) please get in touch as soon as you can to see if we can rectify any issues. 


If you want to exchange an item, the replacement will not be despatched until the original item has been received. Postage will be charged at my standard rates when replacement items are despatched.
